Penis Size: We're All Created Equal

Penis Size: We're All Created Equal

Although the size of a woman’s vagina has never been hotly debated, men’s penis size is often is a hot topic when the conversation turns to sex. Penis length is, for better or worse, linked to male masculinity and sexual prowess. You know, the bigger the better.

The Measurements

A new study shows that the average penis size in the United States is 5.6 inches.  The smallest penis size reported in the men surveyed was 1.6 inches or 4 centimeters while the largest penis size reported was 10.2 inches or 26 centimeters.

Average penile girth was 4.8 inches or 12.2 centimeters.

Penis Size Depends on the Method of Arousal

The study also reported that men who gained erections through masturbation had smaller erections than those who received oral sex. Now, this could mean that men found oral sex more sexually stimulating, which led to more blood flow to the penis; making it larger, or, men with larger penises just received more oral sex.

Penis Size and Race

The study didn’t indicate what would be more pleasurable for women—large or small penises.  What it did conclude, however, was that penis sizes were roughly equal regardless of race.  If you’re looking for is a large (or average) penis, then you’re equally likely to find it in men of all races… at least in the U.S.
